Also, another question: My PC came with its own Windows 7 installation disc. My sister and I used to have Dell Optiplex PCs (745 and 755 models respectively), and we used to not care about which OS disc we used until we found out that hal.dll was configured differently for both of our computers; our sound and video cards were integrated.
After several blue screens, I had to find and stick to my own OS disc. The only thing that's integrated on my computer is my sound card. Will hal.dll become a problem if I switched vid cards?
