Trying to look up ranks for crafting recipes, anyone know of a site with reliable information?

Just an example: Dodoskin Shoulder Guards. ZAM and Gamerescape say 17. YG and PRO say 15.

I prefer YG and FFXIVpro. They seem to be the most accurate and up-to-date.
